A master machinery configuration of your equipment is developed to show equipment applications throughout your facility. Each application is given a unique code as is every equipment item. This allows us to track routine maintenance such as greasing and brush changes to more significant events such as motor rewinds. Costs in terms of parts, labor and downtime are also tracked so that event and life-time costs can be determined.
